Lady.jpg - We adopted Lady, now known as Stella, from SCAS about six weeks ago and already we can’t imagine life without her. After the deaths of our two beloved dogs this spring, we needed Stella as much as she needed us. Stella is a WONDERFUL dog and fit in with our family right from the start. She is calm, kind, gentle, and well-behaved with people and other animals. How such a nice dog ended up at a shelter is a mystery to me, but we’re thrilled that fate brought her into our lives. She’ll have her “forever home” here with us, with lots of brushing, Frisbee playing, belly rubs, and spraying with the hose (she LOVES that!) for the rest of her days. A very special THANKS! to SCAS for saving Stella from being euthanized and letting us give her a second chance at a happy life!
